Happy March 1st! We cannot believe that it is already 2 months into 2023, we are super excited for winter to be over soon and no more snow shoveling!


Here is our monthly market update, we like to pull all the data manually and do not include Revelstoke in our comparison. If you have any questions about this please reach out, we would love to answer them for you. If we compare to the median price in January of this year the median sale price has fallen by about 5%.


You may have been hearing a lot of talk about how we are in a buyer's market, which is true - however it is still a great time to list property as the inventory is quite low and you have less competition.
