Compare December 2022 to the last 5 years and you can see quite a shift, the market is starting to correct itself since the two Covid years turned the market into something that has not been seen before.
Market update for the Shuswap for December 2022!
We find it super interesting to look at the data year over year, especially pre-Covid prices compared to now. We can see a large jump down on the median sale price from last year, but still a significant amount higher than previous years.
